Vice presidente latam – Paulínia/SP

Responsabilidades

• Strategy: Drive the design and execution of a bold roadmap to accelerate manufacturing performance and alignment with Customer and Commercial expectations.
• Operational Performance: Drive continuous improvement in productivity, efficiency, and reliability across all manufacturing sites using operational excellence & digitalization as critical enablers.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to GMP, quality standards, and regulatory requirements and role model company’s quality culture.
• Safety Leadership: Champion a culture of safety-first, ensuring all operations meet or exceed health and safety standards.
• Cost Management: Optimize operational costs while maintaining high standards of product quality and service delivery.
• Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and develop site leadership teams to build a high-performing, engaged workforce (approx. 400 employees in total).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Commercial, I&D, Quality and Supply Chain teams to align operations with business goals.

Requisitos

• Industrial Engineer, Veterinary, Pharmacist, or equivalent.
• At least 15 years of successful experience in manufacturing.
• Proven experience in multi-site operations leadership within the pharmaceutical or animal health industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory environments (FDA, USDA, EPA, EU GMP, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, manage complex projects, and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
