Laboratory technician – Araucária/PR

Responsabilidades

• Execute lab work in accordance with guidelines from Technical Service team.
• Help senior staff to carry out experimental work involving established methods to meet specific team/project goals.
• Ensure the laboratory and equipment are operated according to the recommended procedures and safety protocols.
• Responsible to identify, evaluate, develop, and standardize various analytical methods along with data validation and documentation of the method as per QMS standards.
• Ensure that the ingredients, chemicals, laboratory consumables and enzyme samples are used according to the identified procedures.
• Anticipates laboratory needs and helps to address these in a timely manner.
• Preparation of testing material, testing chemicals and reagents according to the prescribed procedures.

Requisitos

• Scientific skills based on a university degree in Chemistry, Chemical / Biotech / Bioprocess Engineering or related.
• General knowledge in instrumentation, including method development, sample analysis and data interpretation.
• Background in analytical chemistry and/or biochemistry.
• Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative and a good team player.
• Organizational and computer skills are required, including general use of Microsoft Office.
• Experience within enzyme and feed analysis would be a plus.
• Communication and reading in English is desirable.
