Responsabilidades
- Per customer request or project brief – lead project team and manage creative briefs to meet project objectives with little/no management supervision.
- Ensure timely and quality brief execution.
- Keep abreast of latest technical knowledge in terms of flavor ingredients, formulations and processes through networking, interacting with suppliers, study and training.
- Provide technical flavor support to internal and external customers as needed.
- Provide ongoing support in the development of winning collections.
- Lead tonality selection team as assigned.
- Work with sales and bu to maintain relationships at our customers and participate in a team-selling approach.
- Interface with other support groups at empresa, e.g. regulatory, scin, sensory, to anticipate customer needs and properly address commercial opportunities.
- Participate in the global flavor creation community, supporting colleagues in other zones as needed in flavor creation or creative insights.
- Adhere to good creative practice, formulating with a vision of reducing complexity while producing high quality, winning flavors that meet profit objectives.
- Maintain organized and efficient laboratory equipment and environment.
- Maintain records for easy retrieval and clarity.
Requisitos
- QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS
- Bs degree in food technology, chemistry or life sciences.
- Experience in sweets & beverages flavors creation.
- Solid project management experience.
- Team player.
- Ability to build & maintain strategic working relationships.
- Strong communication skills.
