Atribuições e Responsabilidades
- Plan, coordinate, and execute validation tests of systems and components of agricultural products;
- Define technical qualification criteria and measurement and instrumentation methodologies;
- Analyze test results and propose design improvements based on objective data;
- Lead failure investigations and propose corrective actions in collaboration with cross-functional teams;
- Prepare and review test plans, protocols, and technical reports;
- Act as a technical mentor for junior engineers;
- Create and maintain complex technical and/or user documentation to a high standard of quality.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields.
- Advanced English: broad vocabulary, good grammar, conducts meetings, argues, negotiates, and delivers training.
- Experience in field and laboratory testing.
- Knowledge of failure analysis tools (e.g., FMEA, 8D).
- Knowledge with safety standards and regulations applicable to the agricultural sector.
- Knowledge of the concept of product validation and verification.
