Key Responsibilities
- Develop Talent and drive team engagement.
- Define and implement Route-to-market access strategies seeking greater market share.
- Create and foster a sustainable relationship with farmers.
- Provide competitive market analysis, focusing on trends and opportunities to adjust strategic plan
- Manage sales performance through the implementation of sales campaigns and adjusting the plan to maximize its delivery versus market risks and opportunities.
Requirements
- Full mobility to be relocated within the key territory.
- Technical Skills:
- Experience in multiple sales channels such as: distribution, cooperatives, direct sales;
- Solid experience in the Seeds and/or Crop markets;
- Manage sales metrics, market share and gross margin;
- Sales Ramp Up of new products;
- Budget management;
- Manage demand assertiveness;
- Solid experience Marketing and related roles;
- English skills – advanced/fluente is desirable.
