Land surveyor – São Luís/MA

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Collect, organize and provide data for legal documents, such as technical reports for land regularization, allotment, land dismemberment, subdivision, change of ownership and legal reserve.
• Define property boundaries in land regularization, adverse possession and land conflict resolution processes.
• Plan the allotments and dismemberments, providing fundamental data for urban and rural development.
• Use state-of-the-art equipment and technologies, such as high-precision GPS, drones, total stations, and geoprocessing software, ensuring the accuracy of the data produced.
• Georeferencing properties, performing the delimitations of rural and urban properties, leaving them duly identified with their topographic characteristics.
• Use photographic devices for aerial photogrammetric survey for topographic recognition of an area.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduated in the area of Surveying.
• Minimum professional experience of 2 (two) years of proven activity in topography and georeferencing of urban and rural properties.
• Working knowledge (level c) of Portuguese  and Spanish and/or English.
• Brazilian nationality.
